if im beating a dead horse, forgive me, but i haven’t yet done a fully realized complete posting about my comic that just came out.  so here goes.  “everything unseen parts 1-3” is the first installment of a story that will be completed within the span of 4 or 5 books.  it is 54 pages, offset print b/w with a color cover.  i hesitate to call it a comic, though most readily that would be the correct term for it (unless you grew up as familiar with religious tracts as i did. then that would be the most correct term.)  it has more words, almost no panels, little by way of “scenes”, and i think reads in a different way altogether.
Revival House Press called it a dystopian epic. i guess i’m ok with that.
it’s not something for everyone, but i think those of you who it is for will like it a lot. it is 10 dollars. available at the link in the beginning of this paragraph.

dave nuss, mike bertino, me, rusty jordan.   jennie warren took it.

so this is an image i just finished for a book being put out by landfill editions in the uk.  it’s being printed in neon orange and blue, so the final will look something like this, but more neony….i think

also next weekend is the Alternative Press Expo in san francisco.  it’s been three years since i last was there, and i’m glad to be returning.  if you havent been, its an overwhelming experience in the best way.  lots of amazing people and publishers who are doing the lords work.  i’ll be hanging out and signing copies of Everything Unseen at the Revival House Press table. if i can get my act together, i might bring some hard to find products from the past too… and maybe a new thing or two.

Hi. been a while.  lots of changes in my life recently.

however, at long last, my comic book that i spent the majority of this year working on is finally out.  i have seen it, and im really happy with how it came out, and i think maybe it is something new or at least different for comics.  if you havent read anything about it in the past, it’s the first three parts to a story that will be continued in later books in the coming months/year.  52 pages, black and white offset print, with a color offset cover, only 10 bucks. get them from the best new quality comics publisher in the world here: REVIVAL HOUSE PRESS

for the times later this week, on the kind of tricky topic of civilian casualties in war.  great working with Alicia Desantis on this.
